There’s a wealth of Rhythm & Music Games on the PS Vita, though unfortunately a big number of them only released in Japan. On the bright side, it’s not too hard to play them even without understanding any of the interfaces, since all of them focus heavily on the musical gameplay!
Having two touch screens and an awesome gyroscope, the Vita is probably the best handheld for enjoying rhythm games, and there’s even a Limited Edition PSV-1000 model with Hatsune Miku (it’s the one I got?)!

It’s well known that almost half of PS Vita exclusives have only been released in Japan, and never saw an English localization.
Fortunately for rhythm game fans, that’s not too bad! You don’t really need to understand any of the interfaces to enjoy 99% of the following games, so feel free to grab them as they’re totally worth it!
Many people have also shared menu translations to make getting around easier, and last but not least, Japanese releases tend to go for less than western ones on the Vita!
