Blackstar is a high-level set at Black Desert Online. You’ll definitely meet them as the game progresses, so it’s time to take a closer look at them. Blackstars always compete with boss equipment, and even cheaper. The armors can also be upgraded to Fallen God armor, which is currently the best armor available in the game.

The ingame appearance of Blackstar Armor on a Dark Knight
Blackstar-type gear parts are parts that are worth replacing your existing Boss gears. It basically offers better stats than basic boss gears, but keep in mind that Blackstar Gears can’t be equipped with 
Caphras Stones, so if you look at this, a PEN Blackstar is equal to a PEN Boss Gear with a Caphras Level of 20. So BS is a cheaper alternative. In addition, Fallen God Armor parts can be made from them later (more details below), and also offers Blackstar Armor Set Bonus:

Obsidian Specter's Energy is the upgrading item for Obsidian Blackstar Gear. Once you crafted this item, you can do the upgrade at the Black Spirit’s Item Reform window.

Blackstar weapons can also be good exchanges for Boss weapons. As with armors, it can be said here that it is a cheaper alternative to Boss Weapons and that it replaces C20 level weapons. And what’s also very strong in favor of BSs is the Extra AP Against Monsters, which gives you much more than Kzarka or Offin.

Blackstar parts can be traded on the Central Market, but if you want to get them for yourself, you can already have one for yourself after a series of quests. In this section, I have gathered all the information on how you can do this and what you need for it.
Requirement: Lv. 56+ , ‘The Three Legendary Blacksmiths of Mediah’ Knowledge
Prepare:Remnants of the Rift x1, x3 Boss weapon or armor,
Remember: a character can only make one type of piece once
The Three Legendary Blacksmiths of Mediah knowledge: This knowledge is found in the Mediah Adventure Journal II and is obtained from NPC Tulum at the very end of a series of 13 quests in ‘[Lv. 51] Mediah: The Legendary Blacksmith’ chain after you complete the renewed Mediah Main quests once you reach Lv. 56 or higher. You can find it under the Suggested tab inside the ‘O’ window.
Remnants of the Rift: The easiest to buy from the Central Market. In other cases: can be obtained at a low chance by defeating a boss from the Dark Rifts, or from Golden Treasure Chests.
Eye of Desolation: You can obtain Concentrated Boss's Aura by Heating boss weapons (Kzarka, Kutum, Dandelion, etc.), or boss armors (
Giath's Helmet, 
Bheg's Gloves, etc.) whose level is +0. You will need three of these because each piece can be heated into one aura. You will receive an item called 
Eye of Anguish during the quest series, Manufacture (L) this with the x3 Concentrated Boss's Aura, and you will receive the Eye of Desolation.
Specter's Energy : This is perhaps the most difficult part of the requirements, as it is a rare drop. Specter's Energy can be looted from monsters all over Valencia, Kamasylvia, and Drieghan. Chances of obtaining it are better in Thornwood Forest in O’dyllita and Shultz Guard in Mediah. It is worth noting again here that this item is not required for Blackstar weapons.
Blackstar Questline
Once you have met all the conditions and acquired all the required items, start the quest by Pressing RMB on the Remnants of the Rift to navigate to the quest NPC (to NPC Martha Kiyen). If you need help with the series of quests, we’ve included a gallery just in case where you can see step-by-step the completion of the quests.
So the quest sequence starts at Martha Kiyen, where you have to pick up the quest you want to get a part of in the BS parts. In the case of weapons, it is important to note that you will receive a weapon specified for the class with which you complete missions, you cannot choose from them later. With one character each mission can be completed only once, if you want more, you can prepare with alt characters!
In the middle of the quest series, you have to choose between two milestones: To the Altar of the Fallen God or To Tarif. To the Altar of Fallen God is the fastest way, but the recommended AP here is 260. To Tarif is way longer than the other, but requires only 150 AP, because you have to face a weaker boss, but requires tons of monster kills. I suggest you take the fastest milestone because even if you do it with an alt character, you can ask someone to help kill the boss, as this can also be done at a party.
Black Desert Online – Enhancing, Failstacks & Gear Progression
Blackstar parts can be upgraded from + -0 to +15 with 
Concentrated Magical Black Stone (Armor) or 
Concentrated Magical Black Stone. At the first 7 levels, the chance is 100% and after that, all failures cost -10 Durability, which can be reloaded with 
Memory Fragments. Enhancement greater than PRI requires x1 
Flawless Magical Black Stone, from now on all failures cost -20 Durability. But you can use 
Cron Stones for upgrades, which protects against downgrading. Forced enhancement is available at some levels, it may be worth using.

It can be stated without any doubt that 
Fallen God's Armor is the best armor in the game at the moment. Currently, only the armor can be made, but the rest of the parts are expected to arrive soon.

Fallen God's Armor can only be obtained through crafting. There are four ways to obtain it, these are:

Once you acquire both crafting materials, you can craft Fallen God’s Armor by accepting a quest from NPC Dorin Morgrim at Helms Post. This quest is repeatable but it can be accepted once per day. The condition for the quest is level 56+. The quest is pretty simple, you just have to hand over the necessary items, interact with Dorim Morgrim, and the stone behind it to get the new armor in return.
And there’s another way to craft the Armor, but I’ll write this directly separately because it’s the hardest way and almost no one chooses. For this, you will need Corrupt Elviayed and Black Caphras Stone (combined Corrupt Elviayed by combining Elviayed and Flame of Corruption (Olun Piece). The Elviayed item needs 9 fragmented pieces to craft, they dropped by the monsters in O’draxxia (I have already found as much information about this). But it’s some damn difficult route to get the Fallen God, rather choose another one…
The enhancement material for this gear is the 
Flawless Chaotic Black Stone, which can be crafted by heating Hard Black Crystal Shard, Sharp Black Crystal Shard, Mass of Pure Magic, and 10 Caphras Stones. Enhancement failure will reduce the durability of Fallen God’s Armor by 30. Cron Stones can be used for upgrades and I recommend it too.
