Save Slots

You can use up to 3 separate save slots on the same cartridge.

You need to choose your save slot when starting a new game, and every time you save your game, the same slot will be used, therefore you are unable to copy your existing save to another slot.

When starting a new game you can overwrite a previous save slot, but you can't just delete a save slot in order to leave it empty, once anything has been saved in the slot.

Bonus Games

There are 7 bonus mini-games included, all of them accessible without requiring any progress on the main game.

In 4 of the mini-games you fly with Harry's broomstick in a side-scrolling environment, using the D-pad to control your position, and avoid obstacles that slow you down, putting you further ahead of the objective:

• Race Draco to get back Neville's Remembrall!
• Norbert has escaped! Race to retrieve him.
• Find the correct key to unlock the door!
• See if you can catch the owl!

The other 3 mini-games offer a unique twist:

• Follow Flitwick's lead!
  • This is a memory mini-game, where you have to remember Professor Flitwick's wand directions, and replicate them after him, in an increasingly difficult combination.
• Create the correct potion!
  • This is a subtraction mini-game, where you will have to guess a randomized recipe of 4 ingredients. After each attempt you will receive one dot for each ingredient in the correct place, and you have 12 total attempts to figure out the correct combination.
• Famous Witches and Wizards Card match game!
  • This is yet another memory mini-game, where you have to reveal matching cards, until there are none left.
