Paladins started as an “Overwatch copy”, as many would rush to “label” the game this way and to be very honest, this is exactly how it all started. Still, the developers managed to get rid of the label “copycat”, and managed to make a difference throughout gameplay mechanics and with the addition of more unique characters!
Up until today, there are 45 champions in the game, with only 5 of them available for free, the rest of them you can purchase with either Gold Coins, which are easily obtainable through playing and battle pass free rewards, either with the Crystals, which are also rewarded through the battle pass, and obtainable through a direct purchase!
Champion Pack is also an option, which contains all the existing champions! Keep in mind that by purchasing the Champion Pack, you will also get all the future champions for free, so it is actually worth it if you are going to spend time in the game!
