The 50 Best Sims 4 Tattoo Mods for Male & Female Sims

As a tattoo enthusiast myself, I quickly threw myself once again in the unending creations uploaded in TSR, in hopes to find somewhat more realistic tattoos for my extreme Sims, and oh jeez, I was in for a treat. Incredibly realistic and high detailed creations ranging from traditional, Japanese, blackwork, and many more. for every taste, gender, and age!

After some long nights of testing many tattoos on my own Sims, I finally picked the 50 best tattoos I could find in TSR! Below the photos, you will find the links to the page where you can download them, and also the name of the artist, so you can check the rest of their awesome creations.

Beware, not all tattoos apply to every gender or CC skin overlay, so check below the photo to make sure it matches your desired gender, and maybe try them on without wearing any CC skin on your Sim. You can later add a skin and see if it works with your tattoo.
