Franchise The Legend of Zeldaâ„¢ |
After finishing the Fire Temple beneath Goron’s territory, you will encounter the Marbled Gohma. This monster is largely comprised of lava rocks, and it has one eye and four legs. Its main pattern is to fling flaming rocks at you.
By employing Yonobu as a weapon, developers ensured that this boss fight was unique. The entire boss room transforms into a spherical shape, allowing you to aim and shoot Yonobu to fly at great speeds and scatted the monster’s legs. Today we are here to offer you a humble guide on how to take out the Marbled Gohma without breaking a sweat.
At first, the monster will be on the ground standing on four legs, the first phase is quite simple, all you need to do is avoid the incoming flaming rocks and shoot Yonobu at one of the four monster’s legs. Taking down the legs will eventually make the monster vulnerable allowing you to take a step forward and lower its HP. Once the monster is stunned sprint toward it and climbs its rocky body to attack the eye. Spam that attack button until the monster regains consciousness, and once again rinse and repeat until its HP goes down to half.
After reducing the Marbled Gohma’s health to 50%, the monster will shift its location and jump to the ceilings. Things will get a little hard here since you’ll need to target the legs with a tricky shot. Keep an eye out for the incoming fiery rocks, especially the large ones. If you are caught between them, don’t panic; you can always use Yonobu to break the boulders and focus on the monster.
When you get the chance to aim at the Marbled Gohma, use the spherical room to fire a curved shot that hits the monster’s legs. Continue to try till you hit it, then rinse and repeat until the monster falls to the ground. Rush at it, climb, and spam the attack button.
You can always think outside of the box and attach many materials to your arrow. All you need here is a steady Aim right at the monster’s eye. You can use raw arrows to deal decent damage, or you can experiment with countless materials in your inventory.
