Tekken 6 broke away from the franchise's formula, being the first Tekken game to offer all characters unlocked right from the start! What's more, it's also the first that released outside of Sony's ecosystem, with the Xbox 360 version also being backwards compatible with Series X - and the only way to play the game in 4K (even if it's just upscaled).

It's also worth mentioning there are no DLC characters in Tekken 6 - reminding us of a better time for fighting games - I gotta say though, I do miss unlocking characters through the Arcade Mode! On one hand, it's not cool having to unlock them if you just want to play with friends, but on the other hand it does offer an awesome motivation to beat the game multiple times!
