Astellia Classes & What to Play

Astellia offers a very small variety of classes, but on the bright side – each one caters to a unique playstyle. Every class gets a huge skillset, along with a big amount of combo chains, so considering the game’s scope I’d say it’s a good thing it offers fewer choices.

Each class can also specialize into 1 of 3 available paths, unlocking more builds and options for your character.

Let’s not forget about the Astel system too, since having dozens of available “battle pets” to choose from, can also further refine your class’ utility, DPS & survivability.

Archer

Archer, Astellia Class

The Archer is a high Agility ranged damage dealer.

With their mobility, they can attack enemies at a safe distance and outpace approaching enemies with a set of skills arranged for them. They can sacrifice their superior mobility for powerful bow attacks.

They can also handle multiple enemies with ease. They are versatile attackers.

• Bounty Hunter – The persistent passion. Always shoots powerful arrows with great accuracy.
• Hawkeye – The Hawkeye has a very keen awareness in battle. Once spotted, nobody can hide from their sharp eyes.
• Ranger – An invisible raider. Specializes in hiding and tracking enemies.

Assassin

The Assassin is an agile melee damage dealer, wielding a pair of daggers.

The Assassin usually hides in plain sight to ambush unsuspecting enemies. Inflicts damage over time in the form of poison or bleeding, and inflicts massive damage to enemies by leveraging the edge they have in combat.

They are the tactician of the team with fast and varied attack patterns.

• Nightblade – An Assassin nobody wants to face in battle. They are professional killers hiding In the dark.
• Phantom – An illusive Phantom. The Phantom humiliates its enemies with incredible Evasion and will survive in any circumstances.
• Avenger – An Avenger with sharp skills. Fights with fast and accurate attacks.

Mage

The mage is a wand using ranged character that deals damage with powerful magical attacks.

The mage can use various elements like Fire, Ice and Lightning to burn or freeze enemies, and can also teleport or create a barrier to protect them from harm.

The mage is a welcome addition to any team for their ability to burn down the battleground.

• Wizard – An ultimate damage dealer. A wizard that burns all enemies ahead with deadly flame magic.
• Sorcerer – A seeker of Mana. Freezes enemies and kills them swiftly.
• Witch – A master of curse-magic. Wrapped in the blessing of thunder god, it’s a sorcerer who owns the battleground.

Scholar

The Scholar is a healer with high Spell Power, who uses staff skills.

They can help allies by applying buffs or removing debuffs. They also have powerful healing spells for cures and survival.

They are a reliable support for any team and they can fend for themselves when necessary.

• Cleric – A god with a graceful spirit. Heals any wound fast.
• Shaman – Heir to the incomprehensible spell. A battleground-healer who fights in the forefront with powerful divine magic.
• Oracle – A holy prophet. A versatile healer who specializes in healing and fighting.

Warrior

Wielding a sword and a shield, the Warrior boasts high Defense and HP.

The Warrior uses Aurablade or Provoke to draw enemies away from allies, or charges at a distant enemy for a surprise attack. The Warrior’s shield is both a defensive and offensive tool.

The Warrior is a welcome addition to any team as they offer a variety of defensive capabilities, from buffs to damage redirection.

• Crusader – A protector with superb defensive capabilities. The Crusader can soak up an enormous amount of damage.
• Berserker – An aggressive infighter that charges with reckless abandon. They spearhead any battle with their overwhelming offensive capabilities. They are very offense-oriented.
• Gladiator – The Gladiator is well known for their tenacity. They fight until their last breath. It’s the incarnation of battle that dominates the battlefield with great mobility.
