Jetina Gear is a full set of Guaranteed PEN (V) Boss Gear in Black Desert Online, supplemented with Jetina Accessories (guaranteed PEN Accessories). This system offers pain-free enhancement and is accessible to anyone. To obtain a Jetina PEN Piece, you must level up a TET (IV) gear piece, and do the exchange with the help of NPC Jetina. For the update, you will need Resplendent Weapon & Armor Stones. With Old Moon Guild’s Support, you can also get two PEN accessories of your choice.
In this guide, you can learn how to obtain a Guaranteed PEN Gear piece and the two PEN Accessories. Let’s go over what ingredients you will need.

Enhancing, Failstacks & Gear Progression
This content will allow you to upgrade 4 Defense Gears and 3 Weapon types for a total of 7 Boss Gears at PEN (V) enhancement level, guaranteed.

The process consists of a few simple steps, let’s go through them quickly:

[Combat] [Lv. 56] PEN (V) Gear – The Old Moon’s Best Deal questline in Black Desert Online
As a first step, you should exchange your TET (IV) piece, after you fulfilled the requirements above.
Visit NPC Jetina, and use a quest to exchange your item for a Jetina piece. You must remove Caphras Stones from your item if it is equipped with them.
Jetina can be found in all cities, below you will find a gallery of her locations.
Jetina recommends main quests based on the items you have. If you have the right item, she will offer “Old Moon’s Resplendent” main quests. Simply pick up the quest and give the item to her.
It’s important to double-check if you’re completing the right mission to obtain the piece you wish for!
If you exchanged the wrong piece
It happens even to the best. Fortunately, we have the option to change the selected item, one of each gear slot once per family, before leveling the piece(!).
This means if you accidentally chose TET (IV) Giath’s Helmet, you can exchange it for TET (IV) Griffon’s Helmet.
In Tarif, NPC Yisar Pjetyo offers 7 different quests, one for each gear slot. Choose the relevant one and complete it.
After upgrading your gear by five reform levels, accept and complete the Old Moon’s Brilliant quest via Jetina to receive your very own PEN (V) boss gear.

If you have the TET (IV) piece that you can upgrade, you must first upgrade it in 5 different levels. Upgradeable TET (IV) boss gear can be upgraded from Reform Lv. I to V using Special Reform Stones. There are two types of reform stones depending if it is for weapons or armor.

If you accidentally made the wrong recipe, no problem, you can break the stones down into their original components with Grinding in the Processing Window (L).
The level upgrade can be done on your TET (IV) item and the required Resplendent Stones in the Black Spirit “Item Reform” tab.
If the item is upgraded to level 5, you can ask Jetina’s help to upgrade it to a PEN item.
Concentrated Magical Black Stone: The fastest way is purchasing from the Central Market. It also can be obtained by Heating 
Sharp Black Crystal Shard x1 and 
Black Stone x2.
Concentrated Magical Black Stone (Armor): The fastest way is purchasing from the Central Market. It also can be obtained by Heating 
Hard Black Crystal Shard x1 and 
Black Stone (Armor) x2.
Green, Blue, Red, and Black Crystals: The fastest way is purchasing from the Central Market. These crystals can also be collected from gathering and exploration nodes. You can process rough crystals to make the required version.
Oquilla Sky Crystal & 
Oquilla Earth Crystal: These items are a reward for completing Jetina’s “Resplendent Weapon Reform Stone: Oquilla Sky Crystal I” and “Resplendent Armor Reform Stone: Oquilla Earth Crystal I”.
These quests required to hand over 
Oquilla Piece of the Old Moon item. This item can be purchased from any Old Moon Manager NPC for 50,000,000 Silvers.
The number of Oquilla Piece of the Old Moon required to complete the quest increases each time you get an Oquilla Crystal.

This simply means that the more guaranteed PEN pieces you make, the more it will cost to acquire these materials for the pieces.
Magical Shard: It can be obtained by Heating any 
Yellow Grade Black Magic Crystals or 
Sealed Black Magic Crystals in the Processing Window (L).
Memory Fragment: The fastest way is purchasing from the Central Market. Memory Fragments also can be obtained from features like the ancient relic crystal summon scrolls and Pila Fe scrolls.
Concentrated Boss Crystal: It can be obtained by defeating Bosses (World Bosses, Field Bosses, Dark Rifts & Boss Summon Scrolls) in Black Desert Online, or as a reward from Jetina’s weekly quests.
NPC Jetina offers a weekly quest, that gives x155 Concentrated Boss Crystals. This is the “[Weekly] Imperfect Beeings” at Jetina”. To complete this quest, you should hand over Latent Boss Aura x2. Note that Weekly quests reset every Thursday at 00:00 UTC.
You will get 1 to 15 of the crystals by defeating the boss monsters, depending on the boss, and 155 of them by completing the weekly quest.
Contained Boss Aura: It can be obtained by using Simple Alchemy on a boss gear that is TRI (III) or lower.
During each development level, a bonus is added to the items. Let’s examine this in a table:

First of all, pick the accessory you want to obtain. It can be changed in PEN level.

The enhancement can be started once all required items are put into the window and can be repeated once (so a total of two accessories can be obtained).

Old Moon Alchemy Catalyst: You can purchase from the Old Moon Manager in each town. It costs 3,500,000 Silvers each.
Black Stone: it is the fastest to buy it from the Central Market.
Magical Shard: It can be obtained by Heating any Yellow Grade Black Magic Crystals or Sealed Black Magic Crystals in the Processing Window (L).
Yona's Fragment: It can be obtained by killing monsters in Valencia, or by Heating Accessories (like Centaurus Belt, Basilisk’s Belt, Tungrad Ring, Eye of the Ruins Ring, Ring of Crescent Guardian, Forest Ronaros Ring, etc).
You can do this four times for free. In the Old Moon Guild’s Support Window, choose the Exchange tab.

After the four free exchanges, all exchanges will cost 2,000,000,000 Silvers (as Gold Bar10,000G x2)
If your accessory has Cup equipment, remove it before exchange!
With the above mechanism, it is worth trying to get all the pieces first, including of course the two pieces of jewelry.
Once we have all 7 gear parts, the next step is the Slumbering Origin Armor. There are only 4 in the game for now: Fallen God’s Armor, Labreska’s Helmet, Dahn’s Gloves, and Ator’s Shoes.
