Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - Tingle Armor Set

The Tingle Armor Set returns to Tears of the Kingdom, marking one of the game’s most humorous-looking armors. While the Tingle set doesn’t offer much more than a speed boost at night, acquiring the armor for the sake of appearance only is definitely worth the effort. The Tingle armor set is made of three separate pieces: Tngle’s Hood, Tingle’s Shirt, and Tingle’s Tights. In today’s guide, we’ll take you step by step through each item and its hidden location.

Where to Find Tingle’s Hood Piece?

Our first destination will be Gerudo Highlands, head to the exact location, upon arriving you will notice a closed cave entrance with a huge circular monument. In order to open the cave we need a mirror so make sure to visit sky island to acquire a mirror capsule.

How to Open the Statue of the Eight Heroine Cave?

First of all, you need to set a camp near the location and sit until noon, when the sun is out take out your mirror and use it to reflect the sun toward the circular thing on the cave entrance. Reflecting the sun on the cave for a few seconds will open the gate of the cave. 

Entering the cave you will notice a bunch of enemies in your face the easiest way to take them down is by using electric-based attacks, you can use Riju’s ability to get rid of them or some Chu Chu Jelly. Once the room is clear use the ultra hand to get the fan out of the sand, move it in front of the chest and turn it on in order to push the sand off the chest.

Where to Find Tingle’s Shirt Piece?

Our second destination will be Dueling Peaks South Cave, head to the location located on the map and keep going further to your right. Once you’re in you need to take down the worm cave in front of you, a few arrows will do the trick. After that keep going and climb the wall ahead of you.

How to Solve Dueling Peaks South Cave Puzzle?

After getting up you will find a bunch of rocks and land mechanisms, use the ultra hand to move the rocks as shown in the pictures, two rocks on the second and fourth mechanism, one rock on the second mechanism in the middle, and the last one on the first (to you left mechanism), the lone mechanism on the front will be empty.

After solving the puzzle, a door will open leading you to the treasure room where you can claim the Tingle’s Shirt.

Where to Find Tingle’s Tights Piece?

Our last destination will be Cape Cales, once you’re there head for the cliff and glide your way down, at the bottom you’re going to notice a huge water cave, glide your way inside the cave and swim until you get on the wood plank at the cave entrance.

How to Open Cape Cales Cliffbase Cave?

Opening the cave can be as easy as whistling, all you have to do is hit the down button on your d-pad to whistle. The whistling sound will work its magic opening the gate for you.

Now time for a short swim, first thing first swim to reach the wood plank at your left, once you’re there you will notice a huge ancient ship, and swim further to reach the ship front. One more time there is a wood plank waiting for you there get on it and use Ascend to get up on the ancient ship.

Now all you need to do is clear the ship out of Skeletons, there are six Skeletons to be exact, one on the front of the ship, another one on the upper back of the ship, and four in the middle. Once the ship is clear look behind the wooden crates at the far back of the ship, behind them you will find your last piece of the mighty Tingle Armor.
